We are an acoustic panel manufacturer
We work in our own production facility and control the entire manufacturing process. This allows us to create acoustic panels tailored to a specific space, project and performance requirements. We produce both our own designs and made-to-order pieces. We work with architects, interior designers and developers.
We use CNC cutting, engraving and printing on PET felt. We combine elements into larger forms and deliver projects designed around a specific corporate identity or brand.

1. How do I install acoustic panels?
Installation is quick and easy – panels can be glued directly to a wall or ceiling with construction adhesive. For more advanced projects, we also offer modular mounting systems. Installation instructions are included with every order.
2. What are acoustic panels?
Felthe panels are decorative boards made of PET felt with acoustic properties. They reduce reverberation and improve acoustic comfort while also serving an aesthetic purpose. They are ideal for offices, homes, kindergartens and public spaces.
3. What material are acoustic panels made of?
Our panels are made of PET felt – a material sourced in part from recycled plastic bottles (min. 65%). It is an eco-friendly, durable and safe material that fits perfectly with the principles of sustainable design.
4. How do acoustic panels work?
Felthe acoustic panels have sound-dampening properties. PET felt absorbs sound well, especially in the mid and high frequency range typical of speech. As a result, our panels effectively reduce reverberation and improve room acoustics.
5. Are your acoustic parameters certified?
Yes. We have official sound absorption tests carried out in an independent acoustic laboratory. The results confirm how effectively our panels improve acoustic conditions in rooms.
6. Are PET acoustic panels fire retardant?
Yes – our PET felt meets fire-retardancy standards and has the relevant certificate confirming its fire resistance class. This means the panels can be safely used in public and commercial spaces. Reaction to fire classification: B-s1,d0
7. What colors and sizes are acoustic panels available in?
Our panels come in 48 carefully selected colors. Standard thicknesses are 9 mm, 12 mm and 18 mm. Patterns can be CNC-milled or printed, and dimensions can be tailored to the project.
8. Can I order acoustic panel samples?
Yes! Architects and designers can receive free samples after registering for our partner program. Private customers can also order a color swatch book – just get in touch.
9. Can I order custom-size acoustic panels or panels made to my own design?
Of course. We handle custom orders – we can adjust the size or pattern, or create a completely new design based on your concept.
10. Are Felthe acoustic panels safe for children's spaces?
Yes. Our PET felt is dust-free, odorless and safe. Backed by the appropriate certificates and tests, it can be used in schools, kindergartens and children's rooms.
11. How do I care for PET felt acoustic panels?
Panels can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth or a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment. For heavier soiling, we recommend using mild cleaning agents.
12. How long does it take to fulfill an order?
Standard lead time is 5–10 business days from order confirmation. Custom projects may take slightly longer – we always let you know the expected delivery date.
